Easy QB is a cookbook meant to be linear and straightforward.
QB |quanto basta| is an italian expression indicating a small amount of a certain ingredient to be used in a recipe.

Even though this recipe book is not exclusively vegan, most of the ingredients are, and a lot of of the ones which aren’t, are easily replaceable with plant-based alternatives.

Although this CookCard set combines dishes from different cultures, there’s one important base to italian cousine which is present in most of them: the soffritto.
